I just wanted to share my experience with Foundation Waterproofing 101. I had been having troubles with one room in my home and I could never get the problem resolved. I hired a leak detection company as I thought there was a busted pipe under my house, but no leak was found. I would like to thank Jeff Earl of Foundation Waterproofing 101 for finding the problem and proving that the problem existed in a home that we recently purchased. The previous owner, or realtor never disclosed that the home had water, wetness issues in the back half of our home. After we moved in we noticed the smell of mildew and dampness on the floors in the back of the home, and thought we had a leak. We contacted a sprinkler company to see if the sprinkler line broke. No, that wasn’t it. We contacted a plumber and a contractor to find the problem and they could not. The waterproofing fix comes with a lifetime transferrable warranty so that we know that if we ever decide to sell, this fix will cover the new owners and we will not have to worry about litigation. Although I must admit, Jeff has a strong personality, but he was honest and fixed the problem and went above and beyond when he chose to give us a letter to help with litigation.
