Warranty Transfer Deadline

To keep the warranty valid, the warranty transfer application must be completed and submitted within 30 days of deed transfer according to the county public record.

If a warranty is not properly transferred, it will expire and become non-transferable. Expired warranties will not be honored.

The warranty transfer fee is $500.00.
