Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need interior drains or exterior fixes?
We first diagnose where the water is coming from. If it originates outside (grading, downspouts, hydrostatic pressure), exterior drainage is usually best. Interior drains are used when exterior access is limited or to relieve pressure quickly.
Who will be coming out to do my foundation waterproofing inspection?
Foundation Waterproofing 101 has and will never use salesmen. Your inspection will be conducted by Jeff Earl, the CEO and water hydraulics engineer, to guarantee your issues are properly diagnosed and permanently resolved.
How fast can you start after the inspection?
Most projects are scheduled within 1–2 weeks after approval. Emergency water intrusion can be prioritized faster when needed.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes. Every project comes with a written warranty specific to your scope, covering materials and workmanship.
What does an inspection include?
Our engineer documents moisture readings, structural movement, and provides photos and a written plan of repair. You’ll know exactly what’s happening and how we’ll fix it.
